Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: 1425 Eden Road York PA 17402 US(Onsite)
Duration: 03 Month’s Contract (Potential to extend or convert)
Pay Range $23.00 to $26.50/hr.

We are looking for a “HVAC Engineer” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in York, PA. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure they operate within design capabilities and meet prescribed environmental conditions.
• Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Develop and adhere to proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules based on historical maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles safely and service locations in a timely manner.
• Provide informal technical guidance and training to coworkers.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to coworkers within a work unit and/or project.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles, and the ability to understand operating budgets.
• Intermediate skills in calculating figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in using personal computers and/or PDAs for work order systems, email, ESS, and training.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Outlook.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Commercial and/or Industrial HVAC Technician.
• Strong background in commercial HVAC systems (no residential experience).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications:
HVAC Certifications, Refrigerant Cert

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
