SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible supervising and for providing parental role modeling using the therapeutic model of care to care for youth in a nurturing, caring and safe home-like environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; AND two (2) years of child care experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
