About the Role
The Company is in search of a Divisional President for Medical Device Contract Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the strategic growth, commercial expansion, and operational execution within a high-precision manufacturing environment. This executive will be responsible for driving P&L growth, establishing OEM partnerships, and ensuring global operations comply with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include leading the division's expansion into various medical device sectors, developing and executing a commercial growth plan, and overseeing manufacturing assets to scale production. The role demands a proven leader with a strong background in contract manufacturing, precision machining, and business development in the medical device industry. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience in medical device contract manufacturing or related industries, with a track record of scaling business units and expanding production capabilities. The role requires direct P&L management experience, a strong business development acumen, and expertise in commercial operations of precision machining and high-tolerance medical manufacturing. Familiarity with global supply chains, nearshoring, and international operations is essential, and M&A experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in positioning the company as a key player in the medical contract manufacturing market and will be expected to lead the division in achieving significant revenue growth over the next five years.
