Who We're Looking For: Licensed Child Therapists or Registered Play Therapists We're seeking therapists who specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, and who value autonomy, creativity, and a collaborative environment. BIPOC and LGBTQ candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities: - Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of up to 28 client sessions per week
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize creative and engaging interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sessions, including case notes, treatment plan reviews, and diagnoses
- Coordinate services with external providers (e.g., case managers, schools, medical personnel) when needed
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building events
- Other responsibilities as needed to support your role and our mission
Required Qualifications & Skills: - Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Experience in developing treatment plans, completing clinical case notes, and conducting mental health assessments
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients
- Familiarity with diverse client populations and a commitment to cultural competence
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
