About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in brand strategy, trade marketing, and consumer insights. This senior leadership position requires the development and execution of marketing strategies for digital eCommerce and retail channels, as well as the management and mentorship of a diverse marketing team and external agencies. The CMO will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's mission, B Corp certification, and social impact goals. Key responsibilities also include leading fundraising, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and implementing data-driven marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior marketing positions, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Expertise in digital eCommerce, trade marketing, and DTC sales is essential, as is a strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
