About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer/Brand Strategist with a relentless passion for brand transformation and a proven track record in aggressive brand development. The successful candidate will be a creative force, driving a fresh and distinctive brand narrative across all channels. This role demands a strategic thinker who can leverage both traditional and cutting-edge marketing practices to achieve exceptional results. The CMO/Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing bold strategies to enhance brand awareness, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging, and using data-driven insights to refine and measure the success of brand and marketing efforts. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or a related advanced degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5-7 years' experience in marketing, brand creation, or similar fields. The role requires a leader with strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills, who is highly collaborative and committed to the continuous improvement of the brand and the university. The ideal candidate will have a background in non-higher education marketing, possess relevant certifications, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of the mission and values of a Catholic university, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion, is essential.
