We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Insurance Agents/Brokers industry, based in MONTGOMERY, Alabama. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, focused on delivering IT requirements and optimizing business processes in a fast-paced work environment. This role involves strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, analytical skills, and an understanding of workflows and process documentation.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT requirements accurately and efficiently based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize business processes.
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to drive dynamic and fast-paced workflows.
• Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain process analysis and documentation, ensuring a detailed understanding of workflows and principles.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
• Use tools such as Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Design to optimize business processes.
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows and processes.
• Apply knowledge of SQL or JavaScript and software project management, when required, to ensure efficient delivery of IT solutions.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking.
• Knowledge of Database management, design, and development.
• Experience with EO/IR systems.
• Ability to conduct Gap Analysis and implement the necessary changes.
• Familiarity with Informatica for data integration tasks.
• Experience in AB Testing to optimize performance.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions and their optimization.
• Ability to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents.
• Strong skills in Design, particularly in the context of business analysis.
