About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clients team! In this role, you'll manage day-to-day financial tasks, including handling invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. As you gain experience, you'll have the chance to take on more complex accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Process invoicing, post payments, and manage credit card transactions.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Enter and reconcile invoices accurately.
• Invoice Management: Handle 50-100 invoices per week for both AR and AP.
• Payroll entry and time sheet management

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred but not required.
• Recent graduates or current students looking to start their career in accounting are encouraged to apply!
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software (Monarch) is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, comfortable with front desk duties and interacting with clients.
