My client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records for our operations. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring financial stability and integrity within their organization.

Qualifications for Bookkeeper:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in the manufacturing industry (3+ years).
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties for Bookkeeper:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the manufacturing operations.
• Record and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documents for auditing and reference purposes.
