Banking & Investment Services - Part-Time Support WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Part-time (max
19 hours a week) colleague to work on projects across the Banking & Investment Services organization to support senior level managers
Opportunity could include: Participating in projects and assignments that directly contribute to the success of the department you support Working collaboratively with colleagues across all the B&IS Ops and Servicing teams Professional instructor-led training that includes the fundamentals of working in a corporate environment Interaction and opportunities to network with executives and senior leadership Social events to network with your fellow colleagues What you will do Assist senior leaders in a series of projects across various financial product types Provide insight to new process development and continuous improvement efforts eport and/or present on findings Extract, manage, and manipulate large data sets Process engineering Draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations Research and review pertinent data to make recommendations for process improvement Document new processes and procedures Must-Have* Rising junior or senior in college Pursing a business administration, business management, and/or finance degree Expected Spring 2025 graduation date Skills and Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective interpersonal skills Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing projects Compensation Starting base salary: $20.28 - $30.42 per hour
