Role: Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent lenders in sophisticated financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, mezzanine financing, and recapitalizations .
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex credit facilities across diverse industries.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients navigating evolving market conditions.
• Collaborate with clients, business professionals, and legal teams to achieve successful transaction outcomes.
• Assume significant client responsibilities and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a sophisticated law firm setting
• Hands-on experience with senior secured, mezzanine, second lien, and/or syndicated finance transactions.
• Strong academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
