Research and apply building codes, materials, sustainable strategies, and cutting-edge design solutions. Engage actively in dynamic internal project discussions, design critiques, and client interactions. Contribute innovative design ideas and produce compelling presentation materials. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency with architectural tools such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and advanced rendering software. Excellent graphic presentation and visualization skills. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
