Job Description

  Process customer credit applications
Process accounts receivable
Process customer payments
Track and process past due accounts
Process credit cards/virtual CC
Review invoices for tax issues
File and process customer invoices
Set up new customer accounts
Assistant walk-in customers as needed
Answer phones when needed
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bookkeeping experience/skills preferred
• Some form of post-secondary education preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
